Why should you open an account?

Depending on your withdrawal amount, method used and if you have any previous deposits or withdrawals made to and from your EuroLotto account, we might be required to verify some of your account details.
We understand that these procedures may be inconvenient, but please note that we are in some cases required by law to ask for certain documents before we can process any withdrawal.

You can get an overview of all your transactions, deposits and withdrawals, at EuroLotto by using this function. Select the time frame of your search by using the drop-down menu.
If you would like to see an overview of the game rounds you have played, you can do so by using the drop-down menu to select the time period you want.
Here you can select between the various payment methods EuroLotto has to offer and make a deposit to EuroLotto. This will enable you to play with real money. Some of our payment methods are country specific, so all our payment methods might not be available to you.

If you have funds on your account, you can withdraw your winnings in this section. The withdrawal method should always correspond with your main method for depositing. For security reasons you will not be able to make a withdrawal using a payment method you have not used for depositing. Certain payment methods are unavailable for withdrawals, and in these cases your withdrawal will be returned to your bank account.

The personal information that you enter when you open an account at EuroLotto can be found in this section. You can edit and change your address, postal code, city, country and mobile phone number. If you, for some reason, need to change any other details on your account, please contact customer support. You should also provide a copy of your government issued ID along with your request. All requests to change any information on your account must be sent from the email address you used when you created your account.

Close your account
You will need to contact our customer support from the email address that is registered on your account and request them to close your account. If you just want to take a break from playing, we suggest that you self-exclude from the site through the responsible gaming section under “My account”.
